Sometimes it can feel really hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our go to approach to eating is to go pretty healthy during the week, and then give ourselves the weekends to enjoy that pizza or BBQ. 🙂 Combine working a full time office job, exercise, and projects around the new house-and we’re often left with no time to cook. That’s why when I heard about Sprinly I was really excited and knew this would be a good fit for our lifestyle.
Sprinly is an organic plant-based meal delivery service, but the part that makes them stand out above the rest is that the meals come to you prepared! No cooking required. At most, you’ll be heating something up. Oh—and the food is delicious. Completely surpassed all of our expectations! And the portion sizes were exceptional! No tiny plate of veggies for you. Large plates full of flavor. They have just expanded their delivery to Columbus so now is the time to try them out. Here’s how it works:
- Select your plan. You can do 6 meals a week all the way up to 20 meals a week. Note: there’s no fee for skipping a week or cancelling! Definitely something I’ve fallen victim to with other meal delivery services.
- Pick out what meals you’d like. Each week, they release the “menu” of options and all are so unique and tasty! Our favorites were the Spicy Chana Masala with Sweet Potatoes over Garlic Brown Rice, the Grapefruit Citrus Tofu & Tempeh with Mung Bean Peanut Noodles, and the Zucchini and Carrot Pasta with Plantballs and Cashew Parm.
- They arrive at your doorstep in a cooler-box fresh and ready for you to enjoy! The individual containers make it super easy to grab and take to work for lunch, which we did a couple of times. Mostly though, we enjoyed coming home after a long day and plating these for dinner!
I’m telling you. Trying these out were such a treat and we were completely impressed! I would highly recommend this to anyone!
